So I’m doing it…

1) Go to “Wikipedia.” Hit “random” and the first article you get is the name of your band.
2) Then go to “Random Quotations” and the last four or five words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your first album.
3) Then, go to Flickr and click on “Explore the Last Seven Days” and the third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.
4) Use Photoshop or some other image editor to add text & spiffify.

1) Thomas Davies (bookseller)

2) Such an absurd world: “I have too much respect for the idea of God to make it responsible for such an absurd world.” Georges Duhamel, French Author (1884-1966.)

4) Here you go: Photobucket

… it really was pretty fun, so I did it a few more times tonight:

I think today is a daydreamy kind of day. So far I have decided that Jeff and I should go here: Lodge. I’ve also recently decided that we should adopt one of these: dog. (The dog was actually more of a yesterday daydream than a today one. I do want one someday, but there are no plans in effect, and Jeff would need to be convinced that not all small dogs are spawn of Satan.) So mostly today has been just about the vacation. And I really want to go. And I really COULD go… if we wanted to use our tax refund on a vacation. But we actually have grand plans that involve the opposite of spending it. Mostly. As long as we can anyway. But yeah, it would be fun. Do you see the stars in my eyes? They’re made out of chocolate.

It doesn’t quite seem like it’s been 3 weeks since I last posted here, but apparently it has! Nothing too exciting has transpired or I surely would have been a posting fool. We’ve mostly been laying low and trying to make it through to spring! This recipe calls for lots of dvd’s via Blockbuster, some warm blankets, and a few too many Valentines treats… but! It wasn’t our fault. We went to Walmart the day after and barely made it inside the door before we were assaulted by the many regularly $9.99 heart shaped boxes that were marked down to $4.99. $4.99!!! Half off! How could we pass by such a deal?

We picked three. I never claimed to be strong-willed. And I have to tell you they were damn worth it, especially the Lindt ones… I really love those stupid chocolate balls. The Mrs. Fields box was surprisingly… blah. It sounded amazing though, there were chocolate chip cookie dough candies! It was worth the $4.99 we spent, but not so much worth the $9.99 original price tag.

So apparently this post is mostly about chocolate! But what better topic is there, really? Chocolate is pretty damn awesome.
