Oh What a Wonderful Gift

Jeff very generously gave me a present sometime this week. A stinkin’ cold. How nice of him for sharing, right? He says I probably brought the cold home from the hospital, but I ain’t buying that. I didn’t start getting sneezy until a week after I left the hospital, and he started the sneezing first. You know what’s really not fair? It barely fazed him. He sneezed a couple times, and has pretty much moved on. I’m a special breed though, and colds love me. They thrive in me. It’s pretty lame. Thursday and yesterday I just had a couple sneezes and a little stuffiness, but last night and today I’ve been knocked on my bum. And I’m kind of mad at Jeff for this! I’ll probably forgive him, but I’m not making any promises.

This week I made my Christmas cards – I can’t remember if I told you that already. I can’t show them to you yet, though, because I don’t want to ruin the surprise for anyone on my card list. They are super cute though, you can be sure. I ordered them from vistaprint last weekend, I think, and got an email yesterday saying they’ve shipped already. Woohoo! Very exciting. And today I worked on a friend’s Christmas cards. I think it turned out awesome, but she hasn’t seen it yet. And I don’t want to show them off without her permission, especially since her picture is on them. They are super cute too, of course.
